From Cemetery to Park

LAPD Sgt. Curtis Whittle talks about how A Better LA has allowed a community to make use of a public park that was once a dark and violent place. The goal of A Better LA is to improve the quality of life in inner cities by reducing violence, promoting self-empowerment, and giving individuals the tools they need to make significant changes in their lives.
